Travel insurance tip

Hospiten and Costamed both direct-bill most US/CA travel insurers (GeoBlue, Allianz, World Nomads, IMG). Carry your insurance card. Otherwise pay by card and submit for reimbursement — keep all paperwork in Spanish + English.
